Where is the merch made? Everything in the store is print-on-demand, produced by Printful and shipped directly to you. Products are made when you order them — we don't hold inventory.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically take 3–5 business days to produce, then 3–7 business days to ship depending on your location. Total delivery time is usually 7–12 business days from order date.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — Printful ships worldwide. International orders may take longer and could be subject to customs fees depending on your country.

Is shipping really free? No.  Shipping is calculated at checkout.

What sizes do you carry? Tees and hoodies run S–2XL. The dad hat is one size fits all. Size charts are available on each product page.

Can I return or exchange an item? Because everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues — please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us and we'll make it right.

The shop is closing — will this store stay open? Yes. The merch store will remain open after the ice cream shop closes. It's our way of keeping the Dairy Witch name alive for everyone who loves it.
