Returns & Refunds

Because every Dairy Witch item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at hello@dairywitch.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@dairywitch.com.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
