All Dairy Witch merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful, shipped directly to you.

Production Time Most orders take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Total delivery time is generally 7–12 business days from order date.

Shipping Cost Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Most domestic orders ship for $4-5; international rates vary by destination.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@dairywitch.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes Because items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Contact us immediately at hello@dairywitch.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to help.
